I was brought in as a senior UI designer to work within the team to build out the flows. The overall brand theme changed to a dark theme and a modern aesthetic.

Key Design Features
The platform required the design of multiple information styles, including tables, questionnaires, and interactive forms. I ensured these elements were both functional and visually aligned to the brand.
Dark theme aesthetic
The new design introduced a bold dark theme, creating a stylish and modern look that was very different to their existing look.
Extensive user journeys
We had to mock up hundreds of screens, addressing various customer needs throughout the customer journey. From obtaining a new quote to managing existing policies, the user journey was mapped out in detail to ensure a solid experience.

Multiple entry points were designed to cater to different user scenarios, including new quotes, existing customer management, and quote customisation.
